• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is the daily rate of a room with Buffet breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes cold Buffet Breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. It is available.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floor and we have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  At the moment no.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all room are provided with color TV/ Satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have airconditioning and is included in the price of the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes and is complimentary.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have 2 garages in the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence or at Pisa/Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport Amerigo Vespucci.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, but you have to reserve.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  We are in the center of Thown.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
