The room seemed infested by mosquitos, even in December. The ducting into the rooms could have been the source as I kept the windows shut.
I got about three hours sleep each night & still I was eaten alive across my arms & face.
It was not a nice experience.

Fantastic location in the square and very close to Duomo.
Also, nice restaurant attached to the hotel for a nice meal in the square.

The problem was not with the hotel but with the city and the very bad indications concerning the way to go. The city of Firenze has to improve its communication.

The only problem was with homelesses not because of their prsence but because they were shouting until 2 or 3 o'clock in the morming, every night just under our window.

A very interesting hotel and place in Firenze. It's the second time I use it and certainly not the last time.

The rooms did not seem very clean to myself and my husband. The bathrooms were very pld and everything seemed like the place had not been updated since the 1950's. There was not enough light in the bathroom and the traffic outside was very noisy all day and throughout the night.

Requested non-smoking & no smoking rooms in Hotel. The hotel is also very noisy due to its location and type of windows. Would not stay there again or recommend the hotel.

I booked the accommodation as extra room required for a group that had already been booked in there .
A big problem was that the coach could not park outside the hotel as its pedestrianised.
If it had been a taxi or small minivan then that may have been OK.
tHE Reception staff were helpful enough .

The piazza in front of the hotel is used at night by homeless people in sleeping bags.
There was a lot of shouting by different groups during the night .Very disturbing.
Generally the hotel was OK , but the rooms were pretty confined as is usual with city centre properties.
However it is in an ideal location for walking to the sights .
Also the staff were helpful when asked for
help or directions.

The night porter was very helpful getting taxis for the group to go to the airport
at 5 a.m. in the morning.
Also the hotel allowed people to make their own tea and coffee at that early hour.
