• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included. Every apartment has its own kitchen.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German and a little bit of Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the apartments are on the first floor. There's no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments are quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided. There's a cost for extra change of linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The two biggest apartments, San Giovanni and Santa Maria Novella, have a big balcony overlooking an attractive town garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The two biggest apartments, San Giovanni and Santa Maria Novella, have a big balcony overlooking an attractive town garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the apartments have their own Colour TV. No satellite or cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in every apartment. No extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There are no common areas, but every apartment has its living area.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Every apartment has its own broadband connection with no extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is no private parking or garage, but parking is possible.
• Where can we rent a car?

• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Florence Airport Amerigo Vespucci is very near to our apartments. About 5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Guido Monaco and Via Alamanni. The parallel road to Via delle Ghiacciaie.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella is only 5 minutes walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Normally not, but we have two dogs, so we love pets and we can speak about it if there's the necessity to find a solution!
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect the modem fom the rooms.
