By Train:
Your accomodation can be easily reached either by local public transport or with your own means of transportation. The inn is just a 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella rail station: leaving the platforms behind you, take the exit on the right and go down the steps. You'll find yourself on Via Alamanni; keep going right until you reach the one and only set of lights on this road. Cross at these lights and enter Via Guido Monaco, which is a parallel road to Via delle Ghiacciaie. To get to Via delle Ghiacciaie simply take any of the connecting alleys on your right and then ring the bell at n° 41!
By Plane:
From Florence airport you can reach your destination by taking the shuttle coach service to Santa Maria Novella station; once there follow the above directions. The shuttle service starts at 5.51 at the airport and runs every 30 minutes until 23.26. The same service operates from the station to the airport. Alternatively you can take a taxi.
By Car:
If you are arriving to Florence with your own means of transportation you should take the exit 'Firenze Nord' and follow the signs for 'Centro' and 'Stazione'. |
