• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-In: from 11:00 am until 7:30 pm.
  Check-Out: within 11:00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The listed price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes is it.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes is it.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English- Italian- French- Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms are on the first and second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes all the rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes in all rooms.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No private parking, just a public parkings are available in the area.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the central station (near Abatjour B&B).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport is 10 minutes by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No sorry.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  100 metres from the B&B.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  5 minutes walking from Abatjour B&B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Just On request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Not inside the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No there is just a common area.
