the restaurant to the left of the hotel entrance. This restaurant is owned by an american-italian and is without doubt one of italy's finest. It has a brief menu that changes daily. The food and wine is cheap and of superb quality. Price for two < E35 comfortably.

A spacious, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel that is of reasonable value in florence. Room 18 is probably the largest and quietest room (set deep within the maze-like building). Has one of italy's finest restaurants next door (cheap and brilliant food - esp. spag vongole), be sure to book for dinner. Would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was in the centre, close to all attractions. The ambience was very pleasant, accommodation comfortable & everything very clean. The staff were very helpful in every way. It had a comfortng family athmosphere about it. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.

More than adequate...a little small but so are all reasonably priced rooms in a great location, in any great city.

Room #3 was very cold at night. We requested more heat in the room, but did not receive it, so all the time we were in the room had to be under the extra blankets they brought.

Excellent, but in cold weather perhaps stay somewhere else or get guarantee that the temperature will be adjusted to a comfortable level. We were too cold in the room. All other facilities were excellent and beautiful.

The hotel was generally good offering clean rooms with all facilities listed. However the hotel staff were quite noisy during the night.

breakfast is not very good and the towels provided were like sheets. the hotel could spend some money on better towels! The double bed was in fact two single beds pushed together which isn't very comfortable. The location of the hotel was good. The staff were helpful and friendly.
