Arrived 4 hours later than planned due to smash on the motorway. Were hurrying to make an appointment at 8pm and it was almost 11pm. Very helpful reception and concierge etc.

Very nice hotel, staff and quite intimate. Bit back streety but I suppose they all are in this vicinity. No complaints.

As we'd hurriedly abandoned our car the previous night, the hotel staff were very helpful in locating it the following morning at the Police impound yard.

You could inform stupid people that their inter-continental travel plugs only work in America and Australia and their mobile phones will remain flat as a result. They need the round pin European ones!

Very nice hotel, ideally situated near the railway station and the splendours of Florence which we, unfortunately did not have the time to see. Maybe next time. (And all the sign posts say Firenze which could confuse a stupid person)

This is a great hotel. The location is safe and convenient to the train, shopping and museums. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They were able to get us tickets to the sold out Uffizi Museum. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay a great one!

I think you should enhance restaurant offerings for dinner. Perhaps a light sandwich menu, soups, salads, appetizers. Many eves we wanted to stay in the hotel for a glass of wine and light meal after a day of touring.

Beautiful hotel in great location. The rooms and services were clean, decor very nice. The best part of my stay was your staff, especially Fabio.

Well located to the train station with many restaurants nearby. This is not a quiet neighborhood hotel, but is well located to walking to around central Florence.

The hotel was extremly clean and the staff polite and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and well apointed.Good information regarding site seeing and places of interest was highlighted by the receptionist. One request - a booklet regarding reccomended restaurants would be useful.

Staff was very knowledgeable abouth things to do, excursion, etc., and spoke very good English at well.
Very polite and efficient staff, very nice accomodation.
Major difference compared to some hotels we stayed at in Rome (even compared to US chotel chains)

Absolutely wonderful experience, would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The 'American Bar' on the 2nd floor was truly a find, we were able to enjoy a bottle of Prosecco before our dinner reservations and they had a very nice selection of appetizers from us to choose from while we drank the wine. The waiter/bartender was so gracious he even brought the appetizers right to our table for us.
