  Italiano and a little bit of English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors, no elevator.

  Yes, all of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes we provided them.

  No, there are no terraces.

  Yes but no satellite.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We Haven't a private shuttle, but there is the shuttle of the airport that bring the guest to the railway station.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
