Small, friendly, clean and value for money. Best of all, in the middle of it all, yet blesedly not right beside the Duomo where tourists swarm (2 mins walk in Firenze makes a lot of difference).

close to everything, in the heart of the city, yet ccessible by car/taxi, everything yu need while in Flornce at a reasonable price

This was the best possible location you can have for Florence.

The only thing that could be better is the amount of available hot water. It would tend to run out half way through a shower. We were already used to Italian style small bathrooms.

Even if you can't stand an average shower, the location alone warrants a stay.

We had to call the owners twice before someone came to meet us.

It was very noisy at night when we left the window open because our room was over the main street.
