• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from (*)01.00 pm > 24h
  Check-out: befor 11.00 am
  (*) possibility to check-in very early in the morning and deposit baggage in hotel, same policy for departure.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price of room includes buffet breakfast open from 7.30am till 11.00am.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Our management prefer to settle the bill on departure, but for any special request we accept, bill settlement on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Bulgarian, Russian, Spanish and a little German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building have 5 floors and a small elevator is available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All bedrooms are inside with garden view, very silent and comfortable.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No terrace available.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the bedrooms have balcony with garden view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have non smoking single or double rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes all rooms have Tv with remote control and 8 satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have telephone with direct outside line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms and public areas have air conditioning with automatic temperature control, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All rooms have internet plug and it is possible to rent a portable pc to use in the room. The cost is 15,00 Euro for one day 0/24.
  For Executive room is included in the price of room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is garage parking below of the Hotel, the cost is Eur 20,00 per day 0/24h. For Executive room is included in the price of room.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the reception desk, we will inform you about prices and all the details.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Peretola, 15 km. From the airport you can take a bus that will leave you at the station (2 minutes walking).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  100 meters away there is bus station, for city, airport or land tour.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella, 100 meters.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No fitness center in our Hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size pets are welcome, no extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We do not have Restaurant in our Hotel, but we may provide some cold snacks, pizzas, sandwiches and ice-cream.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes all rooms have internet connector.
