• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 12

• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All rooms are located at the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone that you can use for emergency calls and local calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  On request you can check your e-mail in our computer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garge nearby that costs 18 Eur per day, otherwise you can park in the street where it costs 1 Eur per hour from 8am. to 20 pm. (free aferter 20 pm and on sunday).
• Where can we rent a car?
  ask for information at the reception desk there are many rentals nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence's Airport is 15 minutes away by car and 20 minutes away by bus.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  S.Maria Novella (Florence Central Station) is located 200 meters away (10 minutes walkig or 5 minutes by taxi or bus).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
