• At what time can we check-in and out?
  It's better to check-in in the afternoon but we are quite flexible, contact us for arrangements.
  Check-out: during the morning. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the double room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Only a light breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is the first floor available for our guest, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Al Citerno has got very romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes Al Citerno provides linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One has got a private entrance, the other one has got the family entrance.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We prefer if people do not smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The twin room has got the TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  You don't need air conditioning, we have got medieval walls.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  You can share our dining room, in the summer we have got table outside and is very pretty.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence city centre.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  4 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange it, but it's better if you have your own car.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  4 km away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Compiobbi railway station (15 min from Florence).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
