• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 5pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not. A small breakfast can be served in your room upon an extra fee.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors, and we do have a spacious elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are very quiet and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one room.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is at no extra charge, it is turn on in the summer.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is available at an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At about 400 meters you find all the main rental car offices.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  1, 17, 9, 12, 13.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
