• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 6pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment, but if persons are three or more, it varies.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  For the first three weeks it is for free, then it depends on consumption.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You will pay the bill during the check-in. For the European guests, a deposit of 20% is required at the moment of the reservation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and a little Germany (and Italian, of course).
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the apartment is quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Please note that, in all apartments, cleaning, linen, towels are included in the price for the first three weeks. The extra towels and linen are not included.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the apartments have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is the air conditioning without extra charge for the first three weeks.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but the town center is full of Internet points.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there are public garages everywhere in the city centre.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest Rent-a-car office is in Via Maso Finiguerra (close to Borgo Ognissanti) 33.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Vespucci Airport, 12 km away and 15-20 minutes by car/bus.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can arrange it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 100 mts from the apartment, Ponte Vecchio Stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Florence Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
