When we arrived about 20:00, the young woman at check in was being 'challenged' by another guest. She handled it very well, trying to accommodate him, check us in, and have another guest not have their key or ID.

Interesting about the key system not working and someone needing to be called to let us in our room. But since we were only there for one night we were fine.
