• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room.

  Yes, continental self-service breakfast is included.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on ground floor, than we do not need the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and private because Andy House is places in a residential area.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not but the rooms have a private acces to the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room has Tv without international channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, we have a dining area.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but you can connect from your room.

• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Firenze Peretola Airport, in Firenze railway station (Santa Maria Novella) or you can ask at the reception.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
