  Check In from 2pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  There is no breakfast provided.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and it is serviced by an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  No.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?

• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a television, but without satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
