- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2.30pm until 6.30pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, we do not serve breakfast. - Is heating included in the price?
No, it is not and the price depends on consumption. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
We ask for payments on check-in. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 4 floors and an elevator but 4 of our apartments (Giaggiolo, Paradiso, Annigoni and Giotto) have also some steps before the entrance. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our apartments are very quiet and romantic.
Annigoni Suite has a glass ceiling in the living room to see the stars... - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, they are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Granduca Suite does have. It has direct access to the private Renaissance rose garden. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Miravista, Belvedere and Mimi suites do have a balcony offering stunning views of Santa Croce Square. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we do not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is, it is individually controlled or central controlled but it is not included in the price. The balance will pe paid at the end of the stay depending on consumption. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, there is a large dining room in each of our apartments. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, there is a public parking nearby (price on request). - Where can we rent a car?
At the airport. - Which is the nearest airport?
"Amerigo Vespucci" (Peretola) airport approx. 10 km far from Palazzo Antellesi. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not have. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus-stop is in Piazza Santa Croce. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Santa Maria Railway station. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
There is a gym. - Are pets welcome?
No, pets are not welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
