• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am until 7pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the breakfast is included in the rooms price (not in the apartments).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, two rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms are air conditioned and there is no extra charge for it.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The parking available is located in "Piazza della Libertà" with extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby the property, at Avis or Hertz.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence International Airport of "Peretola".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in "Piazza San marco".
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is "Santa Maria Novella".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request and depending on the size of the pet.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
