We arrived late so there was noone available but after phoning the number given a gentleman came and let us in. We were very grateful and had a fabulous stay there.

i think it should be stated on the website, that it is a little off from the main center of the city. it is like 20 minuts walk away from the center of the city

We were asked to pay cash and not use our credit card. I feel that we should have been told this before arrival.

The website states 'a continental breakfast'. The breakfast included coffee, a fruit juice & a pre-packaged croissant.

Maybe a better description for the breakfast.

Very nice & comfortable, clean & tidy. We were given maps etc for Florence too which was very helpful.
