The view is superb, encompassing the most famous monuments in Florence: the Duomo, Giotto's Bell Tower, the Bargello Museum, the Badia Fiorentina, and of course, the Palazzo Vecchio and the entire Piazza Signoria. The suite's sitting room, with beautiful yellow gold fabrics that give it its name, is furnished with extreme care, showcasing a beautiful ceiling, floor and chest of drawers in oak wood. The furniture pieces are exquisite antiques in walnut.  Blue Room: 1 king bed or 2 twin beds on request. With its tall casement windows, and multiple layers of elegant draperies and sheers, the blue room is airy and spacious. The room looks out on a quiet internal courtyard of the palazzo. Peaceful and welcoming, the bedspreads, pillows and sofa are all a beautiful shade of sapphire blue. The furniture is in walnut, with oak parquet floors and the room is punctuated by several paintings personally selected by the owner Fabrizio Quericioli, an avid collector. The green color dominating the room is found on the bedspread, pillows and most notably, the splendid ceiling and drawers are in sage green, decorated with golden Florentine fleur-de-lis. The walls pick up the green color in a pastel tone, giving the room a peaceful atmosphere. From the room one can enjoy the classic view of the traditional red roofs of Florence and right in front of the room are the remains of the ancient towers. With traditional tall casement windows and airy layers of draperies and sheers, the room is particularly tranquil and full of light. The floor is oak wood parquet.
