• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Soggiorno antica Torre provides an Italian breakfast that is not included in room's rate. Italian breakfast means: cappuccino, tea or espresso with hot croissants.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are at the 3th floor and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, of course. The Gold Room is very romantic, it has a beautiful view on the Florence's monuments, and quiet. In any case all the other rooms are very quite because we are in a pedestrian zone, free of cars.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided from us. Also we provided shampoo, soap, bathsoap and hairdryer.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms has a TV, but it isn't satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms has a telephone, customers has to ask the line out.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms has INDIPENDENT air conditioning, so each customers can controll by themselves their temperature in the room. Air conditioning hasn't any extra charge. It is seasonal, during winter there is heating.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have to book a car place on request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby there are some car rentals or, if you prefere, we can do it for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  3,5 km (2,2 miles).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Few steps.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  800 metres (0,5 miles).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, from your room the connection is impossible, you can find an internet point in the hall.
