• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 9am until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Sweden and Finnish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 6 floors; We are at 4° floor. There is the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, 2 of the 6 rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have two non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV, but it is not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is individual air conditioning in the rooms. There is not extra charge for this.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private garage located 400 meters away.

  "Santa Maria Novella" Train Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence, 10 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in the front of the B&B.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  At 800 m from the B&B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
