• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price. It is a buffet breakfast, with coffe (espresso and nescafe), milk (hot and cold), tea, bread and cake/pastry, butter, marmelade/jam, juice, corn flakes. We put a breakfast tray in the bedroom when guests leave early in the morning, or during low season.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, hetaing is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German, Danish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors including ground floor, no lift in the building (it is a villa from the late 18th century...
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all bedrooms are differently furnished with antique furniture but very modern equipment (TV, air conditioning) and charming tapestries. From our windows, a 180 degree breathtaking view of the hills surrounding Florence, from Fiesole on the left to the cathedral on the right (when the trees are leafless).
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide linen and towels. Change of both takes place every three days, to avoid excessive use of detergents.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but there's a park all around the villa where our guests can relax.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  According to our laws, it is not allowed to smoke inside, which means all bedrooms are (in theory) non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All room have LCD color TV. International channels are on the way.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all rooms, at no extra charge. According to our laws, and in respect to the environment, air conditioning is only allowed during summer (as heating, which is only allowed between November 1st and march 31st).
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is no dining rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there are plugs in all bedrooms, for the use of our guests' own computers.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is allowed to park one car per room in our garden.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is an rental agency in via di Novoli 75/V.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport Amerigo Vespucci, in Peretola close to the Highway A1, exit Florence North (5 Kms). There is a shuttle bus to the central station, and a taxi is always more or less available.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nr.4 bus-stop is 25 meters away. The bus takes to Florence central station in 10-15 minutes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest station is Firenze Rifredi (2,5 Kms) (via dello Steccuto), but it is not very easy to reach. We suggest to use the central station (Santa Maria Novella) as it is very easy to reach by bus and taxy, and even on foot.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, depending on pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect the modem from the rooms.
