• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 12.30pm until 6.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not included and the price should be paid directly to the owner prior to departure. Charges are to be paid according to the amount consumed at current prices.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is one floor and we do have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are private and quiet rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
