• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, rates are inclusive of breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish to.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The reception speaks all main languages, english fluently.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors (including ground floor) with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they haven't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they haven't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No but attention is given to non smokers and rooms previously not occupied by smokers are reserved.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat TV in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, Yes, there is a direct line telephone.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a paying garage near the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All main car rentals are near the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport is 20 minutes by cab.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No but the terminal for the public shuttle bus is just round the corner from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  All main bus/coach terminals, both city and national, are located very near the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The train station is just 300 metres away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a fitness center in the Property.
  
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they're welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, in some rooms.
