• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want to.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Bed and Breakfast is located on the third floor and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not but we can try to give you a rooms where nobody has smoked.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in every room. Sorry, no satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in every room and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  You can use on request the reception desk PC.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there is a parking nearby with which we have an agreement.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception for further information.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but the shuttle stops within 3 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Stazione SMN.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.

  No, but there are many nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Through the telephone.
