Matteo was very hospitable. Nice breakfast! ... Everything was clean and the location is great. So close to the station and you can get around Florence easily from here. A great place to eat is just in the next block on the same street 'Trattoria Nerone'. Typical Tuscan food! Bellissimo! ... Clean accommodation in a very convenient location in Florence at a cheap price. I'd go there again. Security was good. I was on my own in a new city but felt safe there.

the receptionist give us good information about restaurants ... the conditions of the rooms was nice and the breakfast was ok ... a very friendly place to stay

Everything was lovely, the only exception was on my e-mail it said I could check in at any time and the reception was closed from 13:00 to 15:30 and I arrived there at 13:10 and so had to wait to check in. ... Everyone was very garcious. The breakfast was very nice, more than I expected. ... Apprecitated them letting me leave luggage there after check out until my train left.
