The rooms was very nice, clean and spacious. Fasilities ready to use, fantastic terrace and situated nearby the citysenter. Warm, friendly and helpful staff.

The only aspect was that the very friendly receptionist could not speak a word English, but we coped with non-verbal communication.

They didn't clean the room and take the 'rubbish' the first day, but only did it from the second day. As it was a bit cool we took the bedspread of the one bed as a blanket to get warm. But it was not that big a problem.

They were prepared to give us an early breakfeast to be able to leave early, as we had to drive far to the airport in Zurich. The 'owner' also allowed us to put some things in the fridge which we appreciated very much. We will reccommend all our friends to make use of this place in future. It was also easy to get to the city by bus.

Friendly, spacious and quiet - away form the noise of the inner city, but easy to get their if you want to be part of it. Very easy to get to Sienna and other places from this point.

Eventhough there was a strike and no transportation, the owner picked us up in his own car, he spoke fluent english and was very helpful. The room was much better than expected, we really enjoyed staying at this property outside the noisy and busy citi center.

Probably the spaciousness of the place. All over Europe we were accostumed to get very little rooms in very small buildings. This one instead is very spacious offering a great view and even two terraces.

We were really oversatisfied with the spacious and very clean room and very polite welcome; but we were a little bit astonished that the towels, etc. were not changed and the room was not clean during our stay. That would be our only complain.

The building looks bad from the outdoors but very surprisingly good when we enter.

But the price is a Firenze price...
We check out a Sunday , and we would be happy to say goodbye and thanks our receptionist who was very sympathic.

Positive : possibility of having a breakfast on the terrasse . Private parking free.
Negative : a litlle bit far from the historic center , but it was not a problem for us , we love hikking.

A quiet place in firenze ( rare because traffic of vespas and cars is horrible ...) with very confortable rooms ,wc and bathroom inside the room, but séparate, with double glass windows ,and a good bed !

We had a very pleasant time in Argentiere Guido Zippoli B&B and will recommend it to friends and relatives.

Although B&B is not at the city center, there is a very efficient and convenient bus service in the city and commuting is no problem. This info. could be highlighted more on the web site. Seemingly long distance to the city center from Argentiere on the map was a bit of a concern for us when we were deciding on the accomodation before the vacation. During our vacation however, we realized that we have made the right choice by staying away from the crowded city center.

It would be useful to have maps for exact locations of properties further out of Florence, such as the B&B that I stayed at.

Very welcoming. Extremely clean and comfortable.
Good kitchen for preparing own breakfast and drinks at any time but would like instructions on how to use the coffee maker!

The way to the city by bus is not very convienent. Buses sometimes delay and taxis are difficult to catch (not enough taxis for the high demand)

The beds were not comfortable. (In the apartment). We ended up with a sore back every morning..

Good place to stay, but a little out of town. We had to take a cab everyday to the center of town because a bus was not really very convenient..

The only downside to our stay was the breakfasts. I know Italians arent big on their breakfasts but the bread they gave us was stale and the last day we stayed, there wasnt any!
