  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be payed at the check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of the rooms are not on the main street, so they are very quite and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms have no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms have no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No smoking rooms are available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has a TV. No sat-TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Every room has a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No swimming pool.

  Very close to the hotel there are few garages. On request upon an extra fee.

  Cars are rentable in the city centre. 10 min.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No shuttle service to the airport. The taxi takes about 20 min.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is 2 minutes away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is 10 minutes walking. Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The hotel has no restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. Internet connection from the room is possible.
