• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price included breakfast. It is a continental buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  If you prefere, you can made it.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, Deutch and Arab.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the property there are 3 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one single have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there are and it is free.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. We have a parking free and a garage extra.
• Where can we rent a car?
  On the airport or in the city center.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we have with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  On P.za D'Azeglio, bus number 6,31 and 32.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have not, but there are one 5 minutes walking. It have a daily cost.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we have one on the other side of the street.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
