Having had the worst overnight train trip from Paris, we arrived at 930 in the morning. We were greeted by a very friendly and very helpful lady who organised a room for us and gave us breakfast. Was very helpful the entire stay. We ended up staying two nights.

Both nights, we were recommended very nice restaurants to dine. Help was always forthcoming and it never felt like we were intruding.

It is close enough to the centre of Florence without being overrun by its many tourists. A highly recommended location for a stay in Florence

The rooms are all newly refurbished and quite spacious. The staff are all very helpful and friendly.

It was a lovely place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was free internet. The hotel was furnished very nicely, the bathroom clean. The breakfast was lovely.

Public rooms were small, plain, clean but adequate.
Single room was small bedroom furniture and bed were in need of replacement.Bath room small but a good quality.
