• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be paid at the check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, and Spanish
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 9 rooms on three levels.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and we have standard or superior rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms can be no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, but it is not available in winter time.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  If you arrive by car we can take it to a nearby garage for a daily extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can suggest you different rental agencies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Piazza S.Marco, 5 minutes on foot from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station of Santa Maria Novella is 15/20 minutes on foot from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes but only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, free of charge wi-fi connection in all rooms.
