Travellers Reviews

Reception staff were very helpful and attentive. They even called our rental car company to confirm drop-off location and see if they could pick-up the care themselves. ... Our room was a little small for a double, but our friend's room (a double with single occupancy) was much larger. It looks like from the floor layout that we simply had the smallest of the doubles - I would recommend putting single occupancies in the smaller rooms next time. ... The level of the front desk staff is far beyond most - they also act as a type of concierge and can assist in many needs.
The internet connection in the rooms was 'plug in' not wireless and this would be good to know in advance since most people don't travel with a cord anymore. Your staff was nice enough to provide one.
... A modern but comfortable hotel, excellent service, just ouside the noisy center of florence.

First, the staff was incredibly helpful and patient. Not only did they give us directions and recommendations, but they were clear and concise. The staff also made reservations for restaurants and museums. Anything we needed, they got for us and did it with a smile. I can't say enough about the staff and the accommodations. We even stood an extra night because we enjoyed it so much. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

The website suggusted that we can walk from train station to the hotel as it is only about 400 meters. But I found that it was not that easy if you have baggages. ... The room was a little bit smaller that I expected but it was a nice one though. ... This hotel is a bit far from most attractions. But I think it is still a good deal for paying only 130 euros per night and get such a nice accommodation in Florence.
