• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and we have elevator (lift)in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet, private and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in all the rooms there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in all the rooms there is a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in all the rooms there is air conditioning without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All the main rent car company are around the hotel (AVIS, Hertz, Maggiore and other). 100 meters away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence is at 2 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but the shuttle bus start from our block.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Here down the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella railway station is at 20 meters from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small and quite perts are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we have 5 restaurants just in our block and about 300 restaurants open all day within 400 meters.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
