  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The personnel speaks English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors, but we are located on the first one and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are fitted with air conditioning (at extra charge).
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not in the property, but there are many just a few steps away from us.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not, but we have an agreement with the "Parterre" parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception to book a car for you. Special week-end price available (taxes and insurance included).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is "Firenze Peretola" (Amerigo Vespucci).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop ia a few metres far away us (Piazza dei Cimatori).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is "Santa Maria Novella".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many typical restaurants in the surroundings.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but there is an Internet point in the surroundings.
