• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are always per romm per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Included in the price is a simple, continental breakfast served in your guests room. The breakfest features coffee or tea, milk, fruit juice, fresh bread, marmalade and butter, brioche, and cookies. Breakfast cereals are available upon request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the bill may be settled on arrival or the day before departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian are both spoken as mother tongues by us.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are located on one floor, the ground floor, and there are no stairs to climb and thus no elevators are needed to reach us.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All three of are rooms are romantic and quiet in atmosphere.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our rooms do not feature a terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We ask our clients not to smoke in the rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in the rooms, without satellite, however.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No. Clients can use the reception's telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We do have air conditioning in the rooms at no extra charge. The air conditioning is seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is no dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we offer free Internet access to all our guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have no private garage but we help our guests find the closest, most economical garage in the area.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several car rental agencies within 5 mins. walking distance from us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is the Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Piazza Indipendenza, one block away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella, or SMN, is the name of the nearest train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we have no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, we like pets a lot.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but we have a computer with free Internet access available in the reception area.
