• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A complimentary continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is most definitely included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill either on arrival or departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English French and Italian are fluentally spoken in our home.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are situated in a 15th century building on it's 3rd floor with no elevator service.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes! Newly restored, the original wooden ceilings give a very romantic flavour to the rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No,the rooms do not have terraces but there is a roof-top terrace where our guests can enjoy the fantastic view of downtown Florence.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, we do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our B&B is completely NON smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No,at this moment there are no Televisions in the rooms. We are however working on it!
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, every room has it's own private telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We are in the process of installing our air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room available but there is no use of kitchen facilities.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is Internet access in the rooms but you need to have your own portable. There is an Internet Point right. downstairs if needed.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we do not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking in the downtown area is only for residents. You will need to park at the Garage Bargello right around the corner on Via Ghibellina.
• Where can we rent a car?
  If arriving by plane, you can rent a car at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence is at 8km
  Galileo Galilei Airport in Pisa is at 80km
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but the shuttle from the airport will leave you at Florence's Central Train Station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus number 14 or 23 which drop you off on the corner of Via Proconsolo and Via Pandolfini (our Street).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella Train Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not on the property but there is a gym close by.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we do not have a restaurant on the premises but will be more than glad to suggest where you can dine on good tuscany food and wine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
