• At what time can we check-in and out?
  before 11:00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. Breakfast is included in our room rates
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bills can be settled both upon arrival or at time of check out
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Portuguese and Spanish
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We offer rooms that do not overlook the piazza that are more quiet than those that do
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have only direct dial telephone
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The rooms are not air-conditioned. During the winter months however there is heating in the rooms that can be controlled by a thermostat in the room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an arrangement with a nearby garage offering discounted daily rate to our guests
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car rental facilites within walking distance of us, including Hertz, Avis and others
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola/Amerigo Vespucci airport is located approximately 20 minutes by taxi from us
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence's main station, Santa Maria Novella, is located five (5) minutes walking distance from us
