 The Dany House Due is a bed & breakfast accommodation that belongs to the same owners of the Dany House, a similar lodging in Florence. The distance is of only 10 minutes walking or 5 by car, and you should bear it in mind, as the reception desk of both inns works at the original Dany House, on Via Bolognese 8. This front desk is open up to 10 pm, with staff that speaks Italian, French and English. However, you should not worry about the time you get back from your tours, as you will have keys of the house. |
 A continental breakfast is served in the mornings, made up of milk, biscuits, juices (usually offered in summer season), honey, chocolate, jam and croissants, among other items. As regards parking, there are two spaces reserved in the house where you will be able to leave your car protected: the staff gives the guests a remote control, so that they can come back from their evening outings whenever they feel like it. |

 There is much to see in Florence and you should plan your stay in advance in order to really make the most of the trip. Known as the cradle of Renaissance, this city in Italy hosts real treasures from these times as well as properties of relevant families such as the Médici. By bus you will reach the historical centre in not more than 10 minutes: prepare to walk within the walls of the city, and try not to miss the landmark of Florence, the Santa Maria dei Fiore Cathedral and its outstanding Duomo. Then, you can enjoy some of the most famous paintings. Sandro Botticelli`s "The Birth of Venus" and "Portrait of a Young Man" are at the Galleria degli Uffizi, while the "David" sculpture created by Michelangelo stands at the Galleria dell`Accademia delle Belle Arti. |
