- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday until 10pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Our prices are per person. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Continental Breakfast is included. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating is included in the above quoted price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Bill must be paid on arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian, French and English are spoken at the reception. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We are on the first floor therefore there is no elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
We offer one double room with a garden view. All other rooms are city view. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and Towels are provided. We also provide bath gel, shampoo as ameneties. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Our rooms are for smokers and non, however they are well ventilated. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, each room has its own television. We do not offer sattelite or cable T.V. All channels are regional. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
We do not provide telephones in the rooms. At the hotel entrance calling cards can be purchased and we will be happy to offer the phone in the reception area for short telphone calls. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
We do not provide air conditioniong during the summer however we do provide fans. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No, there is not. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Free Internet available from 6:00pm to 10:00pm in the reception area. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
Parking is available 200 Meters from the hotel the name of this public garage is (PARTERRE). Parking is at the cost the guest however it is a private custodial parking. - Where can we rent a car?
Please ask the reception upon arrival and information will be provided. - Which is the nearest airport?
Florence International (FLR) Peretola. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Via Bolognese No 8. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Santa Maria Novella. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Small domestic animals are allowed. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. There is a restaurant at the hotel entrance which offers lunch which offers special pricing to our guests. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, you can not.
