Even though the building where the inn works was built in the 19th century, it has been refurbished in typical Florentine style to welcome guests from all over the world. It has only 4 chambers, therefore the attention is pretty personal and a piano at the reception area will create friendly gatherings where the manager, Federico Lucatelli, is always pleased to entertain visitors. |
In the mornings, a complete breakfast buffet is served so that you are fit to walk up and down the many sights in Florence. Remember that downtown is closed to traffic, and within the ancient walls, all sights are accessible on foot. |
A bus stopping right on Via Bolognese (the street where the inn is placed) will drop you in 5 minutes at the historical centre: once there, plan your visits to the Cathedral, the legacy of the Medici and other important families and the Palazzo Pitti, among other sightseeing musts. |
