• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 6.30pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental and/or full breakfast are included in price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating, daily cleanings and taxes are included in price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have four rooms at first floor and two suites at third floor. Lift is available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are elegant, quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there is a patio for summer breakfast.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but some of them have wonderful view over the square.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do not non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have satellite tv in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, on request in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning in all rooms without extra charge for all year.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, we use to organize wine, oil, cheese tastings and special tuscan dinners.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have wi-fi internet connection in all rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a conventioned garage in via Ghibellina (1 minute away from us).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz, Avis, Europecar are all close to us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport, 8 kms from us.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request we may organize a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  A few steps away from us there bus 14 stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella is the closest one(10 minutes walking from us).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but we have a convention with the Soul Space Center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is a modem connection.
