• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 8.30pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Italian breakfast inclusive.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  II floor and there is 1 lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes the suite 7 is the most quite, the 6 the most romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The room 2 3 4 have a terrace on San Michele.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All are non smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
