Travellers Reviews

It was not the fault of the receptionist that there was no-one there to meet us when we arrived. We had caught a train from Venice to Florence that day and we had a 5 hour delay. We did not arrive in Florence until 6:00pm. We were able to talk to the receptionist by phone who gave us instructions as to where our keys and room were. ... What a fabulous place to stay - the staff were very helpful (they even did our laundry for us!!). The location was amazing! ... The B&B was a little hard to find. Even the taxi driver was a little confused. In the Repubblica Piazza there are a number of hotels, including some residential rooms of the same name. But we did manage to find it in the end. Perhaps some more instructions would help future travellers. ... Perfect for exploring Florence. Very clean, very modern and very helpful staff.

Great location close everything, the main attraction Dumo, shops, food, music at night, medium short walk to river and Pt Verdi where we saw a beautifu sunset over the bridge. Beautiful room with a huge reprint of another classic Leonardo DiVinci lady portrait and such a lovely chest of drawers. Nice view too. And free internet. Carol Australia ... We paid when we check in so no more fuss when we check out, we just left room, no need to see anyone, and no one to see. ... The same comments as above, and i would absolutely recommend it as best location, best room, best price.
