• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price. Every morning, you can have breakfast in your room choosing from fruit juices, yogurt, milk, coffee, butter and bread. International breakfast on demand.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The account can be paid upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B & B is on the first floor without elevator with about 25 steps.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are quiet private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there is not a terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms have no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the rooms, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is no telephone in the rooms but at the Reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In the rooms, there is air conditioning included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a dining room, where you can have breakfast together as well as room service.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is a wirless in the rooms
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is only fee parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car at the airport or in town. The property will provide phone numbers.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Amerigo Vespucci is the closest one.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is no shuttle or pickup service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Azeglio square bus number 31 and 32 from Santa Maria Novella station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, little pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is not a restaurant inside the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  In the rooms, there is a wireless network.
