• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 11am until 3pm, please after that time is "extremely important" to communicate us through email your exact arrival time (to whichever hour), this in order to improve to top our service reception.

• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price and the owner offers a large choice of possibilities among Italian food, home made cakes, drinks, fresh fruits.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The property it is on second floor and without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are quite romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided by our staff.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have only no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is Satellite Tv and free service of: Dvix, Vcr.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, you can have dinner in your room, but you can't cook in the property's kitchen.

  Yes, therwe have an agreement with a nearby garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Via Palazzuolo, nearby Firenze Santa Maria Novella Railway Station (Maggiore, Avis), or if you prefer we can arrange it for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest Is International Amerigo Vespucci Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do with extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Via Dante Alighieri, in front of the property - electric bus number A.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest is Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, sorry there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. There is in every room a Pc at your free disposal.
