• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast available inside the own room, included and inclusive of water, juice, yoghurt, warm drinks, brioche, biscottes, butter and jams. The guest has only to warm up water in an electric kettle to prepare his warm drinks.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Being a B&B, not a hotel, the Italian law considers the bill as a receipt of rent, which has therefore to be paid upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German, Greek and universal language of mimics.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors, we are on the 2nd with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are independent, with own keys, the decoration and furniture are romantic, being in a small street the rooms are quiet, especially 2 of them on the backside of the building looking over courtyards (no. 5 and no. 4).
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Very clean linen and towels are provided from the best industrial laundry of the area.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Room 3 has a balcony over the streetside, Room 5 has a balcony over courtyards.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have plain coloured TV, the only internation channel is MTV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No. There is a phone in the entrance which can be activated on request.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes all the rooms have free air conditioning which is activated on request and as soon as it becomes hot.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Unfortunately no.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there are 2 quite close, at 5 minutes on foot, on your way towards the citycenter.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free street parking is in the parallel via Senese, at 200 meters. Parking in the street under the rooms is allowed with an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All car rentings are in via Ognissanti and via Maso Finiguerra, which is close to S. Maria Novella Station and at few bus stops from the Residenza.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport Amerigo Vespucci, which is just at the border of the town, at 7 kms about.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Not regularly, only when the guests arrive with a late flight and if we manage it we are happy to pick them up.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  San Gaggio, 01.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, just because the next guests could be allergic.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are 3 in the parallel street just behind the Residenza.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
