  Our hotel is situated at third and fourth floor of an ancient palace; there is a lift in the building.

  No, but there is a romantic roof garden with a wonderful view of the city where is possible to have breakfast and dinner.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a conventioned service. Price on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop just few meters far from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The central station of Santa Maria Novella, 10 minutes by car.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, fitness center is not available.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have a restaurant open for dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
