• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floor. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, particularly an apartment full of frescoes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, just one apt.4 Lorenzo il Magnifico.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, just window being a Middle Age Palace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air-conditioned is included in the price and of course it is seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, the dining room is just in every apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but it is very nearby just behind the corner.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No. but there are 3 garege nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Near the railway station, 900 m far away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  10 minutes by taxy.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes on request with extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are several.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  800 mt.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Of course.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but we are surrounded by the most important and typical.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, activating the phone, with extra charge.
